Christian Education
Mission Statement: The mission of the Christian Education program of Churchville Presbyterian Church is to promote and provide opportunities for the life-long study of scripture.
Some believe that Christian Education is solely a ministry for children. But here at Churchville Presbyterian we believe that Christian Education leading to faith development and maturity is a life-long process that begins in the Nursery and continues through our education ministry for older adults.
We believe that parents are the primary Christian Educators of their children and it is our church's responsibility to provide the education, support, resources, and fellowship necessary to equip parents and grandparents for this role. Therefore, we rely on feedback from the adults in designing classes to best meet their needs. At the same time, we strive to provide a vibrant, fun and solid Christian Education program for the children and teens.
